    • Heavy rain will likely start Sat night around 5pm.  Highest winds will likely occur Sunday at daybreak.  The Schuylkill will likely reach flood stage Sunday morning.
    • SEPTA will have no service starting 12:30 am Sunday.

  • 311 will be open 24 hours a day through 8 PM Monday, August 29, 2011.
